🌀 Return Policy – Gadgetone.gr

At Gadgetone.gr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

✅ Right of Withdrawal (Return without justification)

According to Greek law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Requirements:

The product must not have been used or damaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (manuals, cables, chargers, etc.).

A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included.

Procedure:

Return the product at your own shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

🔄 Product Exchange or Replacement

If you wish to exchange a product due to a wrong order, change of preference, or having received the wrong item, the same conditions apply as with the right of withdrawal.

Return and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the error is due to our company, we will cover all shipping costs.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you received is defective or damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Send us relevant photos or videos via email.

If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

Products showing signs of use or wear

Products that have been opened or activated (e.g., smartphones, smartwatches with usage)

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., in-ear headphones, masks, thermometers)
